Cos’è il Terzo Settore

 Il Terzo Settore o meglio oggi definito in acronimo ETS è stato riconosciuto nel 2016 di seguito regolamentato con apposita riforma con la legge 117 del 2017 con decreto definitivo sottoscritto dal Presidente della Repubblica dopo il vaglio dei due rami del parlamento e della presidenza del consiglio dei ministri. Il codice del terzo settore regolamenta gli ambiti di applicazione delle attività che una associazione APS svolge. Va chiarito che le associazioni iscritte al RUNTS non sono esenti dalle varie responsabilità previste in materia di sanzioni amministrative e pertanto per non incorrere in tali sanzioni vanno svolte alcune semplici regole tra cui una di queste è la redazione del Bilancio Sociale.
